Almost at 38 weeks, so here is a bit of info on babies at 38wks:
She weighs about 6.8 pounds and she's over 19 1/2 inches long. She has a firm grasp. Her organs have matured and are ready for life outside the womb. If she's born with brown eyes, they'll likely stay brown. If she's born with steel gray or dark blue eyes, they may stay gray or blue or turn green, hazel, or brown by the time she's 9 months old. That's because a child's irises (the colored part of the eye) may gain more pigment in the months after she's born, but they usually won't get "lighter" or more blue. (Green, hazel, and brown eyes have more pigment than gray or blue eyes.)

This pic was taken a couple of weeks ago... but I am now 35 weeks pregnant! Time has flown past and I only have 5 weeks left! Crazy! We went to the doc today and he said my cervix is still thick but everything is right on track. I've gained 11 lbs from my beginning weight, not too bad. Doc is 80% sure we are having a girl.... little miss Harper Danielle Jones. But to be on the safe side, we are trying to go mostly neutral, that way we can still use all of our baby stuff no matter the gender and also for our next kids :) We have a back up boy name.... but if we tell what it is then we will have a boy, and unless that is the case then we are sticking to girl and hoping not to jinx it! I've decided to have the baby shower after she comes, that way we are 100% sure and dont have to ask everyone to keep their reciepts! Can't wait to see my little kick boxer - and I keep finding Travis in the nursery 'practicing' so I'd say we are both pretty anxious. HA HA HA!!!!
